Organizing Committee meeting at HKUST: finalizing the Charter, membership criteria, the thematic panels and the Fund framework.组委会会议于港科大召开：审定章程、会员标准、专题组及基金框架。
January 2027 · Inauguration2027年1月 · 成立大会
Formal inauguration: signing of the Alliance Charter, establishment of the Steering Committee, scientific symposium, and the official launch of the 1st Belt and Road International Collaboration Fund.联盟正式成立：签署《联盟章程》、组建指导委员会、举办学术研讨会，并发布首届国际合作基金。
2027 Onwards · Growth2027年起 · 发展阶段
First funded joint projects commence; Scholars-in-Residence arrive; second Annual Summit hosted in a Belt and Road partner country.首批资助项目启动；驻校学者到访；第二届年度峰会移师“一带一路”伙伴国家举办。
