Universities and research institutes joining the Alliance. “Founding” is a permanent honour held by the launch cohort; ongoing rights flow through the term-based Council, Charter and Observer tiers.加入联盟的高校与科研院所。“创始(Founding)”为创始阶段成员的永久荣誉;实际权利通过任期制的 Council、Charter、Observer 层级运作。

Institutional membership is confirmed separately from individual scholar membership. A scholar’s affiliation does not by itself indicate that their institution has joined the Alliance.机构会员与个人学者会员分别确认。学者所属单位不因其个人加入而自动成为联盟机构会员。
The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)香港科技大学
Initiated by HKUST's Division of Environment and Sustainability (ENVR). HKUST hosts the Permanent Secretariat and manages the Alliance's operations — the Mobility Desk, the Talent Matching Database and the Belt and Road International Collaboration Fund. 由港科大环境及可持续发展学部（ENVR）发起。港科大设立并运营常设秘书处，统筹学者流动服务、人才匹配数据库及“一带一路”国际合作基金。
